Brandon Walters has worked in real estate from the finance side for his entire professional career and has specifically been involved in private real estate lending as a direct lender for more than 20 years. Mr. Walters began his professional career in public accounting working in tax and then audit with the international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. As a private real estate lender, Mr. Walters has represented many capital sources including Arizona’s second-largest pension fund. He has facilitated the closing of nearly $2 billion in real estate loans as well as consulting on over $1 billion of structured finance transactions.
Mr. Walters has worked with many types of real estate through public accounting, lending, consulting and as an owner. Mr. Walters earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona.
