Born into an Arizona real estate family of 3 generations, Jack has a diverse perspective of the real estate development and construction industry. After receiving a degree in Real Estate Finance and graduating in 2015 from the University of Miami, Jack started as an intern for the commercial real estate brokerage firm of Marcus and Millichap in Oakland, CA. He then relocated to Denver, CO to work as in the strategic operations and forward planning (STROPS) of Meritage Homes as a strategic operations analyst.
While at Meritage, Jack served as a market research analyst which resulted in underwriting over $250MM in land development assets for the Colorado Division. He worked very closely with the land acquisition team, marketing and finance departments and assisted Meritage in underwriting & evaluating land purchases for both single family detached and townhome housing product. After 3 years of dedicated housing and land feasibility studies, Jack has developed extensive knowledge of residential real estate in Colorado and also provided his technical expertise to the corporate division for its housing and land development projects in the company’s Arizona and California’s residential markets.
Jack continued his homebuilding endeavors and worked for a luxury builder in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale, AZ market for nearly 2 years as a project manager and oversaw the bidding, permitting and budgeting process across a multitude of luxury properties. He has his real estate license and enjoys personally remodeling his own projects.
